LG Software replaced an all paper process with a new training observation system that observers now use to provide feedback on every instructor-led training course provided at the plant sites. This new web application, called SoTrain, has been running for almost 10 years and provides amazing tools for management on how their trainers are performing!

SoTrain was demonstrated at an INPO industry meeting as a best-in-class solution for other utilities to benchmark.
